Home to the hottest restaurant and bar in the Pilbara, Seasons Hotel in Newman is ingrained in the local community, and comes with stellar accommodation, a steakhouse and plenty of community culture to go around.

We were contacted by the team to enhance the iconic local gem’s security. After having our initial meeting, we inspected the premises and devised an electro-technological plan. From there, we went ahead into the execution phase of the project.

A Salto wireless access control system was installed. Along with state of the art BLE functionality in all doors, the hotel operators are able to send bluetooth mobile keys directly to guests’ smart phones thus giving a true “contactless check-in” option as a safety requirement during Covid isolation periods.

Furthermore, a full CCTV system was installed to ensure the management team was able to view who was coming in and out of the hotel. This was imperative in adding a sense of security for the well-frequented local hot-spot.

The project concluded in an immense success. We were able to deliver a fully operational connected, holistic security ecosystem that allowed for the ultimate efficiency, security and safety for the hotel.
