Marine Views Cottesloe Aged Care is a sought after retirement home that builds positive relationships with residents and their families.

The ageing population of West Australia is a very vulnerable community that needs the utmost security and care. They need adequate solutions to feel empowered, and to provide them with a more independent life. Our team at Quantum Electrocom were contracted on a “design & construct” method to address that need, and to provide bespoke solutions by bringing our expertise to the table.

After being engaged by the construction team as the integrated systems specialists for the new aged care facility, we immediately began our design for the access control, CCTV, facial recognition CCTV in dementia and high care areas, structured cabling and intercom systems, as this would allow more connectivity amongst the residents.

The end result? Marine Views Cottesloe Aged Care was pleased with the outcome, and we thank them for the opportunity to protect our ageing citizens.
