These sprawling apartments are set on the banks of the Swan River, and are ideally placed in a location where residents can meet friends for an evening cocktail. The village itself carries a community atmosphere, and allows for spaces to retreat into your private sanctuary.
You can sit by the sparkling pool reading a book or soak up the spectacular views of the city skyline from the rooftop terrace.

We were contracted by the construction team to install structured cabling throughout. Structured cabling systems are a set of cabling and connectivity products that integrate the voice, data, video, and various management systems of a premises. From safety alarms, security access and energy systems, the structured cabling system connects everything over a defined choice of media.

The end result? A fully operational connected, holistic communications’ ecosystem that allowed for the ultimate efficiency of the apartments.
